Vacuum lifting is particularly beneficial in Pre-cast Concrete Manufacture,  where the product is not only heavy but often does not lend itself to the traditional method of lifting chains for de-moulding.

One of our biggest customers, in their Pre-cast plants, have machines capable of de-moulding and lifting concrete panels 10m x 3m and weighing over 12,000kg. In using our equipment even a lift of this magnitude can be carried out by a single operator.

Considerable R & D investment also means our consumables are better engineered than many other components.  Our non-vulcanised rubber seal means a more environmentally friendly disposal at the end of their working life.
